Great Dentist. Dr Conner Jacobson is the dentist you want to book with. The office is easy to find. Parking is great. You park in the garage and it’s free for the first 2 hours. The lobby is open, clean and accommodating. Lauren is so organized and friendly. She is always willing to help. Dr Jacobson is caring, compassionate, patient and professional. He takes the time to show and explain everything that’s going on and he politely answers questions. If you want a fast, friendly and pain free dental visit this is where you need to be!

I recently had a crown break and called into this office since it's right around the corner from me. They were able to see me the very next day and once seen, I could have had the work done right then and there. Due to my schedule I opted to come back 2 days later. I'm the weirdo who really enjoys going to the dentist, not because it's enjoyable (because everyone knows it's not, sorry doc), but because I feel great when my teeth are taken care of. Because of this, the environment and service provided in a dental office is really important to me and this team did not disappoint. Laura, the office manager was so nice and welcoming! Nancy, Dr. Jacobsons' assistant was nothing but kind and patient. Dr. Jacobson and Nancy explained everything as they were doing it. I knew the next steps throughout my entire visit and felt very informed of what was happening. After gleefully agreeing to a deep cleaning, Dr. Jacobson advised me that I don't need a full deep cleaning, just a few problem areas, saving me hundreds I'm sure (Thanks Doc!). Dr. Jacobson has a very easy bedside manner which makes a person comfortable very quickly. They also have a ton of high tech equipment which makes x-rays and crown fittings super easy. Not one piece of purple paper was put in my mouth. Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

From the front office to the back office, everyone was very welcoming, professional and caring! My appointment was very easy from start to finish. Dr Conor made me feel comfortable and explained everything very well! Thank you Downtown Long Beach Dentistry!

Had my first visit with them this month and it was a great experience! They are definitely trying to build everything the right way (i.e. clients and staff). It's refreshing to see this compared to a big, impersonal office that doesn't care to build relationships or those cutthroat offices that prey on their clients. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist!

I had my first visit at this new location today and it honestly felt like a spa. The front desk team, especially Laura, was so friendly and kind that I felt comfortable right away. Dr. Conor was awesome and very informative. He walked me through everything and made the whole cleaning feel easy. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10. Looking forward to my next cleaning already.

Dr Conor is a great guy. Amazing staff. Extremely informative. Fantastic bedside manner. Awesome playlist of music playing throughout the office. Turn key service, everything I needed in one office!!! Highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience at Downtown Long Beach Dentistry with Dr. Coner. The entire office is welcoming, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Dr. Conner takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about patient comfort and long-term dental health. One thing I really appreciate is their honesty and willingness to work with you financially. Insurance doesn’t always cover everything, but the office staff is transparent about costs and offers financing options, which makes a big difference. They’re focused on helping you get the care you need rather than rushing you through appointments. I’ve been so happy with my care that I’m sending all of my friends and family to Dr. Conner. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and understanding about finances, I highly recommend Dr. Coner and the team at Downtown Long Beach Dentistry.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr Conor today! From the clean aesthetic of the office to the check in process with the office manager and the medical assistant who took my vitals I was already blown away. Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently and I had zero wait time from when I arrived to when I was walked back to the cleaning room. Dr Conor was very informative and very kind and understanding of my pregnancy and he guided me through the best steps to ensure my teeth are healthy throughout my pregnancy while still ensuring a safe pregnancy. I am beyond relieved to have found a good dentist in my neighborhood.

Best dentist I’ve had. Communicative, helpful, and gave good recommendations. Modern technology helps to get everything done efficiently and makes you feel like you’re in a sci fi movie. All three people I interacted with were super friendly and professional.

Current technologies, great prices and insurance, staff who are personable, welcoming, and patient -- and most important of all, great dental work! My first visit to DTLB Dentistry was jaw-dropping in the best way. Nancy took X-rays and a CBCT scan -- important because it can show problems that X-rays can miss. The dentist, Dr. Conor Jacobson, was thorough and reassuring in his full dental checkup. He was patient with all my questions, and I felt confident enough to ask to be fitted for a night guard. This confidence came from that initial exam and also from the rave reviews I had seen on Google, which had brought me to the office. They aren’t just about everyone in the office being pleasant and professional (which they are), or about the office being brand new, with leading equipment (also true). These are raves about Dr. Jacobson’s work on issues ranging from broken crowns and mystery pains, to implants and more. This was SO much better than getting a dental referral from someone who never needs anything more than a cleaning. And it was important to me bc I’m afraid of dental work, even though I’ve had a LOT of it. Lauren in the front office was understanding of that, and was SO kind, she gave me a tour of the office before I made my first appointment. I’m delighted that I no longer need to drive 30 miles to a dentist, and feel fortunate to have found Dr. Jacobson and the team at DTLB Dentistry. Highly recommend!
